To apply for an account please visit our account application page. After you have submitted the required forms, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. If you are having trouble finding the email, please check your ‘spam’ folder.
Upon receipt of your application we will attempt to verify your identity and residential address electronically. However, if we are unable to do so, you will be requested to submit a copy of your passport or other suitable government issued document and a utility bill or bank statement to verify your identity and residential address. These documents can be submitted by email, fax or post.
After we have received the required documentation your application will be finalised and you will then receive an email from us once your account has been accepted and is ready for you to fund.
